If you ever find yourself in Point Pleasant, West Virginia—home of the legendary Mothman—don’t miss one of the town’s weirdest and most fun attractions: Mothman Blacklight Mini Golf. Located on the second floor of the Point Pleasant Trading Company, and right next door to the World’s Only Mothman Museum, this unique mini golf course is perfect for fans of the paranormal, putt-putt… and the peculiar.
We recently visited this bizarre 9-hole course, and let’s just say it’s unlike anything you’ve seen. Designed by Blacklight Attractions, the course is filled with glowing murals, eerie lighting, life-sized Mothman props, sound effects, and even animatronics. It’s spooky enough to keep cryptid fans intrigued, but fun and safe for the whole family—from little kids to curious dads.
Each hole is themed around eerie imagery and Mothman lore. As you navigate the course, blacklight paint brings terrifying scenes to life—making it feel like you’ve stepped into a comic book version of Appalachian folklore.
👻 A Perfect Paranormal Pit Stop
With its location right next to the Mothman Museum, this makes for the perfect two-in-one cryptid day trip. You can brush up on the legend downstairs, then head upstairs to swing some glow-in-the-dark clubs in a fog-lit room full of glowing eyes and fluttering wings.
