I’ve just watched the ‘Unsolved Mysteries- V4 E5’ aka The Mothman!!!
Myself and my Twin sister Laura were in our bedroom one evening playing – and I remember the moon being extremely bright… we were back and forth looking out our bedroom window looking at the moon… and then when we went to look out again, we saw these bright red eyes looking straight at myself and my sister. We screamed and felt scared and closed the curtains. We ran downstairs and told our mum and she came upstairs to look for herself and unfortunately it was gone!!! Our mum didn’t believe us and thought it was our imagination.
All I know is that my sister and I were in Primary school from a young age and now age 36, we still remember what we both saw!!!
We lived in the countryside, in Little Braxted, Essex in the UK 🇬🇧 at that time.
I really thought this was our young minds playing tricks on us!! But, definitely a core memory that my sister and I will never forget!! I’m just glad we aren’t alone in this.
